It is a data capture system for inspections of power lines, easy to integrate into a helicopter. The equipment can provide digital output of LiDAR scans, visible and infrared cameras, Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) / Inertial Navigation System (INS) and GPS location.
The software run on the equipment can be optimized according to customer needs and mission requirements. All data can be easily viewed during and after the flight. The system chamber can be delivered with EASA certification.

The Trax system provides measurements of distances and images, acquiring data from various sensors to detect physical anomalies in power lines. The distances between the objects and the power line conductors can be measured and the inspection images can be acquired by providing the inspectors with all the necessary data to carry out their work with quality assets.

Design Organisation Approval
Albatroz Engineering was granted a Design Organisation Approval (Part 21J) from European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Hereafter Albatroz Engineering shall be entitled to perform minor design changes to large and small rotorcraft related to installation of role equipment under applicable European regulations.
